Parking is honestly one of the harder things to verify citywide, and it is also one of the more common complaints in the reviews we found while researching this directory, a lot of Marikina's independent shops are converted from homes or small residential lots that were never built with dedicated parking in mind. Rather than guess, here is exactly what our own research turned up, the good and the bad.
On the positive side, Inarawan Cafe in Concepcion Uno is specifically praised by reviewers for free street parking as a bonus alongside its cozy, work-friendly atmosphere. Dash Espresso in Concepcion Dos is described as a bright, spacious, work-friendly space with wifi, sockets, and parking built into its pitch, alongside its all-day breakfast and pasta menu.
On the other side, it is worth being upfront that Pokko Coffee in Calumpang, despite being one of the few Marikina shops known to roast its own beans, is specifically noted by reviewers for limited seating and a lack of parking, genuinely worth planning around if you are driving rather than walking or taking a tricycle.
For every shop not mentioned here, we simply do not have a sourced answer either way, which is different from confirming there is no parking. If parking is a hard requirement for your visit, a quick look at a shop's Facebook or Google Maps photos, or a direct message before heading over, is a more reliable check than assuming based on this list alone, since street parking availability in Marikina's residential barangays also shifts throughout the day. Frecelynne's Marikina cafe roundup includes photos that often show a shop's frontage and street situation, which helps more than a text answer.
If you have first-hand knowledge of parking at a shop we have not covered here, that is exactly the kind of detail worth sending in through our shop submission process, so future visitors do not have to guess the way we currently do for most of this list.
